Instructions for use - breasts
1. Using both hands, extend it from the middle of the cleavage to the top of the breasts in a circular motion around each breast. Repeat 3 times.
2. With one arm lifted, use the palm of your hand to extend it upwards from the upper breast area. Repeat 3 times. Change sides and repeat another 3 times.
3. Use the palm of your hand to extend it from one side of the neck to the sternum, and finish by bringing both hands together and executing light pressing movements. Repeat 3 times. Change sides and repeat another 3 times.
4. Slide the palm of your left hand rightwards from one shoulder to the other. Repeat 3 times. Change sides and repeat another 3 times.
Instructions for use - buttocks
1. Perform long, upward smoothing motions using the palms of both hands.
2. Using light pressure, perform upward circular motions in the area with your fingertips.
3. Repeat these circular motions, this time with your knuckles.
4. Lightly tap the area with your fist to stimulate circulation.
